You're very welcome Jeff !

Chordians, don't let Jeff=topdown fool ya' ! He's humble and he can flat out play and sing. As many of you know, it's not easy to get up in front of a group of people and bare ones' soul. Jeff did exactly that and did a damn fine job !

Lookin' foward to the next time Jeffro !

Never tooting my own horn.

Every conversation used to involve "I" or "me" first and foremost but as time has shadowed this musicians' life, experiences has taught a valuable lesson and it is this; If one is good enough at something and worthy of praise, word will get out from others.

Given the aforementioned statement though there are exceptions. Certain things one might do in private such as hula-hooping, hop scotching, head-butting cast iron skillets, and imitating crow calls could possibly be something this poster might be "REALLY" good at demonstrating to nature.....

Shhhhhhh.....

Smoked reefer with Joe Cocker on a golf course in Edmonton Alberta, Canada after a concert at the old Northlands Coliseum. I was managing the Lounge of the golf corse and a security guy at the concert was also a greenskeeper. Cocker was looking for a place to relax in private after the gig.  Now that was a good night!!!

Lends new meaning to greenskeeper.

Willie smoked his wacky tobacky on the roof of the White House. 'Talk about "gettin' high"........I don't have a direct relation to this tale but my 3rd cousins', 4th uncles', best friend, twice remove by family conflict, pinky swore it was the t-total truth......

I'm with Russ on this one. : J     A natural grown plant is 1,000,000 times less dangerous than  the violence stimulated from right/left-winged political propoganda, cigarettes, cigars, alcohol, and pea brained-closed minds. Like it or not folks, it's only a matter of time before the ol' hippee lettuce is gonna be just as common as 'tater chips and soda pop. And by the way, I plea the fifth...........

Not trying to be a snob and not check in so much as of late but life is hectic, busy as all get out, yet rewarding nontheless. The addition of our 2nd,my 3rd, and final son/child has turned this musician into a daiper changin', takin' and pickin' the kids up from school, breakfast and lunch makin', book readin', piano/guitar lesson givin' happy man ( during the day at least) !!!!

My free time is few and far in between but Chordie(best site on the ding-dang net) still remains a fantastic resource for learning new material, and getting a laugh or two on the forum. Gigs are still coming in at a nice rate (averaging 5 nights a week).  'Been practicing like a madman as of late, giving and receiving lessons. Had a very fun filled day with topdown (Jeff) a few weeks ago. Don't let his modesty fool ya', dude can flat out PLAY ! Zurf and I are getting the wheels in motion for a future jam session. We'll keep y'all posted on the when and where. All the best to you all and remember an hour a day on the guitar keeps the stress monster away !!!!

No offense intended cameronkl7 but this poster is rootong for ABD ( anyone but Duke). My brother is Duke fan-and also a mega frontrunner ( I loathe front runners to no end !!! hehe) Given all of that , VCU looks like the "cinderalla" team with the best shot to win the whole shabang. Plus my best buddie gradu-a-mated from that fine institute of higher learning.

Did I mention that front runners are chumps ? ahem......

Jeff is selling himself short. He's a fine guitar player, singer, and a cool, funny, friendly dude. It was awesome just kickin' back and playing tunes. (the rum was especially yummy !) Don't get me wrong, I love playing gigs but adulthood has lessened my free time and opportunities to jam just for the heck of it. Yesterday was fun as heck, thanks Jeffro ! Lookin' foward to the next time.

Peace and Guitars..........

PS jerome ; it Rodgers, not Rogers BTW. Mr. Rogers had a quaint little TV program back in the day that all the kiddies used to love. Aaron Rodgers is the quarterbacker for the Green Bay Packers. Get your facts straight if you're gonna  be pretending to be an ESPM/ NFA expert.........

Oh this is just too easy sometimes......
