Good edit Toney wink

Great game last night, a few good commercials. Hope your business in the Tampa area was booming.

Indeed!!  Hope those Super Bowl Tourists and spectators left some money in their wake!

Thanks fellas! It wasn't quite what a po' boy dreamt it would be but it could've been worse. I feel like my community( the Tampa Bay area) did the best it could've done in playing host to one of the worlds' most popular events. But to be honest, I'm glad it's over. Gettin' from point A to point B was an abnornormally painful, colossal, affair. My computer/cable bill is paid for at least for one more month. hahaheha

you are kidding right ? if the commercials are one of the most interesting things about the superbowl or any other event  then its about time to look in the mirror and take a good look at why you are doing this to yourself ...

Thanks evsynator,
  I'm heading out the door with my ribs ready to slap on the grill( they've been cooking all day). Our superbowl parties are so much fun! I'd rather go to a  friends home and watch the game on the tele than dish out $$thousands to see it in person. The gals get all dressed up tryin' to out do each other and the guys get so sloshed on booze and wrapped up in our 'friendly gambling' that we hardly ever notice the gals. ( at least until the game's over haha) I wish you and yours a pleasant evening as well.

Soccer in the U.S is primarily for the kids too small, or not athletic enough to play football. A typical soccer game at any in  major university will draw maybe 500 people on a good day. A typical football game at the same major university will draw in excess of 50,000 people. In your house(homes) across the pond soccer may reign supreme, but over here on this side of the water, (for the vast majority)  it's downright boring and has minimal monetary appeal. Are you ready for some football? I dang sure am come tomorrow at 6:28PM est!!!!! It's all relative as Russell says, one mans' eternal joy is another mans' worst nightmare.

You're very welcome Gary. The all guitar chord site has been extremely helpful to me on many, many ocasions. Look closely into the results of the requested chord and you'll find several different ways to play the chord you seek.

I'll take a stab at this one;

Ape vs. Monkey
___________________
Species;
Ape; around 13 broad species which in turn have many species
Monkey; hundreds of known species

-both(ape & monkey) are primates
-both are from the Animalia kingdom
-both are from the Mammalia class
-both are fro the Haplorrhia suborder

Size;
Ape-from one foot to 2 metres
Monkey-from 14cms to 1 metre

Tail;
Ape-no
Monkey-yes

Brain size;
Ape-large
Monkey-small

Human Relation;
Ape- Belong to the same superfamily of primated which include humans, thus closely related to humans from physically structured standpoint.
Monkey- Humans also belong to the same suborder that monkeys do but other than this, have very little similarity to them

Lifespan;
Ape-up to 60 years
Monkey-up to 30 years

Hi Lieven, hope all's well with you!

I agree with stevie ray. The Doors did alot of music based poetry. I have some Doors Cds where Jim Morrison did poetry while background music was playing. How do we explain that? But I'm glad we have the poetry section! So all is good. My 2 cents!

Very easily explained. Music + lyrics+= song. Lyrics + no music = poetry.

You wanna talk about beautiful female tennis players? Hows about Maria Sharapova! Matina Hingis looks like an ugly ducking beside the stunning beautiful, talented, and intelligent Lady Sharapova(in my humble opinion). And Sharapova doesn't make those annoying grunts everytime she whacks the ball.

Oh yeah, nothing rivals the excitement of 0-0 tie...(95% of the final scores of soccer games)  hahaha

I guess it's all relative.

MrJays's suggestion is a very good one. I have a cheap keyboard with full chord playback with 100 or so various drum beats/styles. This is a fantasic practice tool. Also this little chart is helpful in jammin'.

Major  ///  Relative Minor
A               F#m
B                G#m
C               Am
D                Bm
E                C#m
F                 Dm
G                Em

What this chart tells you is if a song is in the key of Amajor, playing the F#m scale will work, and vice versa.

Here are a few additional scales that you may find beneficial;

Do you want the actual guitar solo following the 2nd verse or do you want the entire song for solo guitar and vocals. I've learned both. Let me know and I'll e-mail or send via postal service. Nice song by the way.

Peace and Guitars,

ps- you don't have to give me a million dollars, unless you really want to!

I saw this band featured on "Live From Abbey Road Studios" the other night. From the amount of the youtube views it seems lots of people are familiar with this band ( Elbow). My wife and I really liked their sound. I wanted to share this video with y'all;

I'd be very intersted in attempting this feat.  Can you foward an audible  link of some sort to this song? Oh yeah, and I'll take my milli in small, unmarked bills (if I am able to accomplish this mission). Thanks and good night........
