you might also try getting a palm size rubber ball and squize it alot,even when you are watching tv,a hand/finger exerciser bought at k-mart works well also.

Hi butch,I am watching,I have watched it since it started. Ilike the two new judges and really enjoy steven Tyler. My favorite is Scottty the country singer he has a great voice. I see Simon Cowell is going too have his own show with singers and bands also,looks like we will see more of "wicked Simon".
