Thought about this project earlier today - is it worth resurrecting? Whitewater - do you still have the package?

Good luck NELA - Everything I've heard about original Yairi's has been good. Our old friend Guitarpix was a huge fan and I believe Wayne owns one as well. Nothing like a 12 string! If you have difficulties posting photos, send them to me via email, and I'll be happy to post 'em for ya.

Been there - too lazy to change strings, so I just switched guitars - I hate when that happens!

That sounds like fun UJB - love the photo's - the kid playing his uke could be a Norman Rockwell print

Hey, I thought my rather large ears were burning for some reason! Thanks, guys, that made my day!!

I'm glad you enjoyed in Paul. I know you, so I felt safe posting the photo. I thought it was brilliant - the resemblance is something! You just need a trek shirt and you have a Halloween costume for ever!

Zurf ... for a moment there, I thought the pic was of Capt. Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek. Musta spaced-out for a moment.

I think you are right TF - That explains Paul's alien like 12 finger guitar playing.

That's a lot of miles you've traveled Jeff, you deserve to sip a few adult beverages.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY wink

Well no wonder I feel so tired, that's a lot of dadgum miles.

Thanks again everyone!

Thanks everyone! I am heading to Key West this weekend and as I am celebrating my 50th today, my goal is to hit 50 bars in 4 days! Luckily it is a small island and I can walk everywhere I need to go!

And oh yea - Amy's voice. She is my answer to "if you were stuck on a desert island and could only have one album".. I would choose Amy with her guitar and voice.

Thanks Scott - great memories. Hope next year is even better!

Thanks for your kind thoughts everyone. I played Zevon's "Keep Me In Your Heart" Sunday at the bus for my sis. I think I must have gotten some smoke in my eyes during that one. Then I played Prine's "Please Don't Bury Me" - that lightened the mood and I think Gary would have appreciated that. Heading out tomorrow to visit the family and celebrate Gary's life.
