Perhaps we should have a few moderators in the southern hemisphere to keep tabs on the sporn posts and delete them where necessary. The reason being is because of the time difference, while Europe and the US are sleeping us Aussies are wide awake and can be good for monitoring the site for garbage.
This is just a suggestion on my part.

Welcome to Chordie, wordsworth and Duilio, enjoy your time here. I started playing guitar at 18 years of age and still goin at 62. I kind of taught myself how to play well strum chords at least. lol

I love singing too, it gives me an outlet to, well, express myself I think and it if it feels good - do it.

So keep on keeping on wordsworth it can be very rewarding in the end, if their is an end big_smile

3 men died on Christmas eve and were waiting by the pearly gates. St. Peter comes out and tells them they must produce something that ressembles Christmas before they are allowed in.
The first man pulls out a cigarette lighter and lights it and says, "It ressembles a Christmas candle." St. Peter says, "That's good, in you go."
The second man produces a bunch of keys and shakes them saying, "They ressemble Christmas bells." Again St. Peter says, "That's good, in you go."
He looks at the third man and asks, "And what do you have that ressembles Christmas?"
The man pulls out a pair of lady's undies. St. Peter looks at them and says, " What are they supposed to ressemle?"
The man says, "They're Carols!"

True to a point, I play country, 60's R & B and some 70's and 80's

The person below me likes to entertain people

Oh yes, and in addition I would like to take the opportunity to thank all members for playing this fun game.

I'm not too sure what my very first album was but I can remember buying the "Monkees" album but the title escapes me.
I also had albums by the "Loving Spoonful", "The Mammas and the Pappas" "Kinks" and "The Troggs".

My first single was: "Don't Treat Me Like a Child" by Helen Shapiro

With this game all you do is type in what you think the person below may be doing or what instrument they play but you have to answer with a true or false then add your bit - anything that comes to mind.

For example:- The person below me has 6 guitars (if this is true then the next person will type true if not then type in false then you add: The person below me is a chordie lover.

This is a real fun game, so let's get it on. lol

The person below me loves to post in chordie.

This game is very easy to play. All you have to do is type in the name of a musical instrument but you must do it in alphabetical order or it throws the whole game out.

Good luck and have fun.

So I'll set the ball rolling with the letter A:

Accordion

Next letter B

No problems guys, thanks for your input. I'll add a couple of games and see how they go.

Well we could have games like A-Z of musical instruments or something on the lines of The Person Below Me or a songs list where each player writes in a song title along with the artist if known and so on. By having a games forum it would save a lot of confusion when doing posts in the CHORDIE STORY in the chordie's chat corner forum. If it is goer then I will put in some games and we can see if anyone is interested or not. They can be great fun to play with some good laughs to boot.

I leave it in your hands now Doc, if it doesn't work then all you need to do is to delete it. But I feel everyone will want to play, including yourself lol
