Sounds like you certainly picked the cream of the crop their NELA, so why shouldn't you tell the world about her.

Hi Punkrawker. I'm sure you're going to fit in just fine. I like your signature, anything with the word brew in it's fine by me.

When John Lennon was asked, do you think Ringo's the best drummer in the world. Lennon replied, no he isn't even the best drummer in the Beatles.

Tails, I think them are Wabbits.

I like the line about being able to hide your own Easter eggs, I do it with the car keys. Be sure to let us know the moment Dondra's out of hospital. Wishing both of you the best of luck.

I love that name (Dondra, not Bill). Anyway take good care of each other, I'm sure we'll all be thinking about you.

So funny, great lyrics. I haven't tried to play it but this has to be made for a uke.

Amazes me how you can go through so much, be in so much pain and still have a sense of humour. NELA your a star.

Ok so just my humble opinion.  I just played it through in a slow strum/finger pick style. The chord progression is great the Dm, Am, E7 really works. He hunts me down jumps on me and takes out all the fun. Great, it fits in with a nice steady strumming pattern and needs to be left in there. The only bit I would change is the last line,(eg). E7 I need some help, Am to get me through the night. To me it just seems to flow a little better.
Again, let me stress this is just my opinion.

All very creative stuff, I like Dino48 s idea of putting it to Puff the Magic Dragon. Then we could pickle the dragon.

Never a doubt. I live in Langley Mill and I am 62. Will be in touch. Just a brief history of Ripley. It was the birthplace of the industrial revolution.
Graham, Settle, I just love that train journey from Carlisle. Ok it is cold and wet, but well worth a visit.

Can you pickle corn on the cob, after it's  been shucked and silked?

"all weird and bats**t" What an odd expression. I'll take your word for it Bill. Anyway, I hope you all have a great 4th of July.

I can't keep up. I'm still learning how to shuck & silk, and already you've moved on to pickles and gherkins. Is their anything I need to know about them?

I would love to visit America, although I'll leave the shucking & silking to the experts. At the moment a holiday in America seems a strong possibility. We usually visit the Greek islands, but the way their economy is going I'm not to sure. How are things back in Crete Graham, have you heard anything?

Haven't got a clue what shucking & silking is. Just get yourself right NELA.

Chris P Millipede. Sounds like a good name for a C/W singer.

Just watched the vid to Rock. Amazing, and you make it look so easy. Can't wait to see your other posts.

I like to have a wander around the whole site, even the bits I have no interest in. Their are many things I don't understand, especially in the electric forum, but I have learned so much. For me the music theory, songwriting and acoustic sections have been invaluable. I don't know who invented Chordie, but I would like to say a big thank you.
Perhaps one of the more senior members would like to do an article on the founder/s of Chordie.
