I have the same problem with the adobe update on windows 7. I do remember something about turning off a firewall, but don't know what that is or how ya turn it off.  I guess its time to ask my granddaughters for help. I can still long onto Chordie so thats all that really matters to me.

Practice, practice, practice, it will come to you, give it time.  May I ask, how long have you been playing?  What chords are trying to learn?  We have all been where you are now.

Noahw15, welcome to chordie. Tell us a bit about yourself, what kind of music you like, your guitar and other instruments you play, etc. There are lots of three chord songs that are easy to play. Your fingers may get sore, but it will pass. keep it fun and ask questions, everyone here will offer advice and encouragement.
