You have a great voice, good lyrics and complimented by the simple uke backing. Excellent piece of work.

Hey Dondra, I'm sure that being married to a Musicator Extraordinaire must put you under a lot of pressure, but I'm sure you're up to it and can hold it together.
Best wishes to you and Bill.

All you need is lunch.

As yourself Phill, I can't pass a flog shop or antique shop without lookin for something different. Last weekend while browsing through Y T
I came across a Joni Mitchell vid (A case of you). She's playing a dulcimer, I've never actually seen one, know nothing about them but feel I should have one.

That's just great NELA, and I hope it makes up for all the crap you've had to put up with this year.

Really enjoyed that Bill, is their no end to your talent? You need to have Superstar added to your title.
Ps, nearly died laughing at the photo 'can U hear me now.

Well, I got as far as looking to my right and breathing in, then I looked to my left and did the same. Then I thought it's time to go to the pub and lubricate the vocal chords.

I never thought about having to learn how to breathe, after all I've been doing it all my life. That being said, when playing the harmonica their always seems to be more notes than breath. Great post Bill, i'll give it a try.

Hi dmarker, and welcome. I somehow think that you're just out of the habit of playing the Martin and only time and practice will get you back into the feel of it. Also I'm not sure that using the same strings on both guitars is the best option as both guitars obviously have different characteristics.
You certainly started a great thread though, and most of it even I who have the I Q of a dung beetle understood. But never heard of
Dehydration before or using a humidifier.
Again, welcome to Chordie.

Roger makes a very good point Bill, no one deserves the title more than you.
Get yourself a T shirt made and wear it with pride.

Bill, I feel that if you were from the UK you would have a knighthood for your musicating.

I think sex sort of gave me up, as for guitars. Sometimes I swap with other people. Does that make me a swinger?

You may want to write a few lines to describe the trestle, hight, length etc. I had to use our old friend Google, as to me a trestle is something quite different, we would call it a viaduct. Will the song have a railroad beat? Also I see theirs a place called Brushy Mountain Tunnel. With a name like that it's got to be worth a mention.
Good luck Bill.

Great stuff Beestie, and very topical. Especially over here at the moment when migrants are storming the channel tunnel on a nightly basis.
