Yeah, and while we're at it, Woodstock and The Song Remains The Same. And Moulin Rouge and Grosse Pointe Blank.
Happy New Year
just doing up my bandwagon jumping shoes... there we go!
Happy New Year to all Chordians - especially to our Scots cousins who won't be very happy in the morning
cheers
Well now, Angel - I mean doll!
Concha y Toro Casillera del Diablo just happen to be about my all time favourite, especially the Sauvignon Blanc or Carmenere!
Wolf Blass are brill too but wasn't taken with Eagle Hawk? Hardys are a great standby too but must look out for the others.
Please, please, please, please, please, please for pity's sake won't you post the recipe? I have no idea what it's for but I suspect it might be a cocktail?
False, don't tempt me!
Oh, for the bird? I mean turkey
the person below me has felt all of their presents under the tree already and tried to guess what they are
Lena!
I'm sure your friend knows that it is better for her house to be burned down than for her to be lying in a hospital or worse because she was in it, maybe it's time for her to get a real one?
I'm glad everything went well for you and the children, brutish wee beasts that they can be, they also have a real sweet side to them especially when singing in church. Makes me wish I could have seen it.
I had a terrible bottle of wine the other night, a chilean carmenere from the Spar - was awful from the first sip to the bottom of the bottle, you understand I had to taste it all to make sure?
So how about that thrashing?
I wrote one for my wife and she laughed.
Don't want to put anyone else off though, I am crap after all
Definitely practice! You could also build up finger strength by making the barre chord on whichever fret, press down, strum, release, press down, strum etc. I'm sure there is a name for this technique but I have no idea what it is!
Enjoy and practice
Hey, Frankster it's called Chasing Cars and it's by Snow Patrol, Dude!
Hey There Delilah by Plain White Ts is brilliant though
Hi, SG - is it ironic that your music is categorized as Punk but your signature is a quote from The Corrs?
Hear, hear! I'm just happy to have a guitar. (2 after christmas )
Thanks, Doll
Wore my fingers out on all those chords!
Take care, Flower!

False, I believe in Greg Lake
The person below me has a measured IQ of 146
Depends on what you mean by PLAY! My first song was I believe Fiddlers Green by Stereophonics. I can strum several songs now but can't do melodies, fills and things!
The hardest I can do at the moment is probably Ziggy Stardust, strumming the chords and singing along.
cheers
Yeah, what about my Whiskey In The Jar - Thin Lizzy
Ah, we had this discussion before about the European pricing vs the American pricing...
true
the person below me plays gloria by van morrison at full belt on a les paul through a marshall stack at 0500hrs on a sunday morning to annoy the neighbours
capo 3: That's Entertainment by The Jam
G, Em, Am, F
I would pay more money to see pink floyd with Roger Waters and Led Zeppelin than I would to see any modern band
d'oh true... no, false... aaaagh!
the person below me wishes they were the person below the person above me
m is for my guitar (as opposed to y for your guitar)
or melotron
That was a damn good song!
Great song, just shaking the cramp from my fret hand from the f# hammers! Need to practice that!
I guess we can all look back at something we've done which makes no sense with hindsight!
Cheers
Hi Lena
What work is it that you do? I guess love and loss are two sides of the same coin, there's no escape from the bad stuff in the end.
I love the idea of a sacred place - mine is either my bed or my computer! Not as picturesque as yours I'll bet!
My email in your spam? They'll put anything in those tins and still expect you to eat it! I've sent you 2 emails, one was about your request for Roger to record your song and the other was pretty tag, the 'clean' version
Anything else was not from me and should be deleted and trashed and never referred to again under the (un)official secrets act.
Happy recharge to you and peace be with you!
