I've got a Hohner twelve string thats about 30 years old,a 1972 Hondo ruby red acoustic,and a Fender DG8S acoustic,a fiddle thats over 100 years old, and a 1938 creamor mandolin made in Czechoslovakia.Hope to collect lots more.

Levon Helm of the band.Great drummer too,Max McDonald of Buddy and The Boys,for his deep vocals and story telling,Conway Twitty and George Jones for there country crooning,Getty Lee of Rush,he can hold a long note,Joe Cocker of course,Brownie MaGhee an old blues singer who was very smooth,Etta James A voice like no other, Big Mama Thorten with a big blues voice,Willie Nelson get the nod too he can croon,johnny Cash very distinct.

Hey Gitaardocphil I had the the chance to see Crosby,Stills and Nash at Woodstock 94'.What a thrill it was standing on the side of a hill when they sang Wooden Ships.They are truly great misicians.I have all their albums on cd and play frequently.there will never be another music era like the 60's and 70's.

Thats Right.The age gap is wide and far.An old miner friend of mine died at the age of 92 and played till the end and loved kitchen parties. I bet he's got a guitar with him now. He started at an early age and just never stopped. All I can say is strum for the rest of your life.
