Several questions since I'm a Chordiestock neophyte:
- Is there a rookie tradition? Will I need to eat the raw heart of a recently-harvested deer, catch a shark with my bare hands, or arrive in an outfit made only of silly string?
- Other than guitars (acoustic only, per Jeff's instructions) should I bring other noisemakers? Aux percussion, spare trombone, etc?

I should note that I only use distortion and a wah. Hear you loud and clear on the modulated effects though.  I can see that sounding off

Wow Beamer, you are taking it to the next level! 100w tube head...that would annoy my neighbors for blocks if I had it in my man-cave. I've never played through Bugera but the reviews are solid and the specs look great.

I just gave it a quick listen, but it sounds to me like he starts on Bb major and then walks the bass note up 1/2 step to play Bb/B.

Most techs have another price if you use your own strings. I would just ask him.
