I discovered this in the Canary islands many years ago. Ive been making it since then. So easy  to make and beautiful to eat.

Have any of you used "Italian 00 flour " it is one of the lightest and best to use.. In Italy you get the thinnest lightest crust on Pizza because they use this flour. Pizza in Italy and a glass of red wine ! Id leave home for. Bellissimo.
Its pliable and so easy to work with.

Have yis no sympathy for me and me  weight  watching !  I love pecan pie. I only ever had it in America.

I will make this for a wee birthday party for my sons girl. { well i need an excuse }

Yikes !! One slice single crust has 575 Calories .. Hmmm, maybe if i jogged on the spot as i ate it, id halve the calories ? No !

Its also very odd then, that  they hate to uphold the cultures and laws of other countries when they leave Dubai !.

I was a 8lbs lighter before mekidsmom scones . I now have to eat one as a treat Boohoo. Im a hungry horse, so was making and eating to many of them.
This week im gonna try some wheaten scones with low fat stuff to see how they turn out..I will post here to  update.
If your weightwatching, heres a low fat soup i love.
Chicken Noodle.

Some chicken breast sliced { no skin }
Carrots/ onions / mange tou / Peppers red and yellow finely chopped celery. { be generous with the veg as its  ok to eat loads .
I used to add corn but i believe its high in sugar ?  [ Me mouths watering now, cos i just got a image of buttery corn on the cob !
Oh mercy! ]

I use vegetable bullion. cubes [ less fat ] usually 2/3 depending  on amount and  if my lads are here.

Put all ingredients into a saucepan. Bring to boil. simmer for about 40 mins, then add some egg thread noodles. leave to simmer for another 15 mins.

Black pepper / and a dash of soy sauce. [ Theres usually enough salt in the cubes ]

Bass Viking  you'll be as happy as the salmon that feed on the grand banks before returning home to spawn

When no ones looking have one of mekidsmoms buttermilk scones. There beautiful.

Yeah,

Im a dreamer Daddycool. Would i change things if i could. I ofton thought i would ! But then i may not have my sons and all that comes with them. I just had coffee and some brown bread with eggs with my son. great chat about all sorts of things. He lives here near me.  Going to take my dogs to see my other son today. He lives in Kildare, Walk the canals and talk.

Take singing lessons !

They teach you how to sing from deep down with breath control. You will then reach notes in keys you never thought imaginable. Its all about relaxing the diaphragm.
I did have months of work after having  my first  nodule removed many years ago. first to help me speak again, then sing without problems.. Unfortunately i got another growth { probably from smoking } lost the E in my  singing range.
One of the best tips she ever gave me was to sing on a empty stomach.Your body has less work to do.
Also drink loads of water to keep  you and the vocal chords hydrated.
Dont strain your voice to speak in loud places and  control your voice to speak quietly..
