The Robert Presley Detention Center is located at 4000 Orange St in Riverside, California. The Riverside Jail itself is operated by the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. The jail is used to house prisoners who have been convicted of misdemeanors, and to temporarily house those charged with different types of felonies while they are waiting for court appearances.
