Whoever She Is The Maine
So, I love this song and found it on this website, but I found a few mistakes in
the origional tab called "Whoever She May Be." I just made a few simple changes
that in my opinion make it sound better.
Verse:
[G]I thought I had my girl but she ran[D] away.
My [G]car got stolen and I[Cadd9]'m gonna be late.
For work [Cadd9]this week make that the f[D]ourth day straight and I'm fin[G]e with it.
[G]I thought I had it all but I gave [D]it away.
[G]I quit that old job, now I'm doi[Cadd9]n' okay.
Th[Cadd9]ose material things they can't get in [D]my way cause I'm over it[G]
But wher[D]e ever she may be...
Chorus:
She could be [G]money, [Cadd9]cars, f[D]ear of the d[Em7]ark.
[G]Your best f[Cadd9]riends, or just s[D]trangers in [Em7]bars.
[G]Whoever she[Cadd9] is, who[D]ever she may[Em7] be
[Csus2]one things for sure, you [D]don't have to worry.
[G] [D] [G] [Cadd9] [G] [D]
Verse:
And this is the part where you find out who you [G]are.[Cadd9] [G] [D]
[G]And t[Cadd9]hese are your friends, those who been there from the start.
So to [G]heck wit[D]h the bad news, dirt on yo[D]ur new shoes
It rai[G]ned all of[Cadd9] May til' the month of June
[D]But where ever she may be
Chorus:
She could be [G]money, [Cadd9]cars, f[D]ear of the d[Em7]ark.
[G]Your best f[Cadd9]riends, or just s[D]trangers in [Em7]bars.
[G]Whoever she[Cadd9] is, who[D]ever she may[Em7] be
[Csus2]one things for sure, y[D]ou don't have to worry.
Bridge:
And [Cadd9]everyday, in every way oh [D]she will look the same.
And [Cadd9]every care you used to have [G]seems to float away.
And [Cadd9]everyday, in every way oh s[D]he will look the same.
And [Cadd9]every care you use to have [G]seems to float away.
To [Cadd9]heck with your new [D]shhh.
Or [Csus2]whether or not you think you fit it.
She could be [G]rainy [Cadd9]days, m[D]inimum w[Em7]age.
[G]A book that [Cadd9]ends, wi[D]th no last p[Em7]age.
[G]Whoever she[Cadd9] is, who[D]ever she may[Em7] be
[Csus2]one things for sure, y[D]ou don't have to worry.[G]
