Cinnamon The Long Winters
So I've seen the chords for this somewhere, but remember thinking "Hey, something
about these is a bit off..." So I devised my own way of playing, which is just fine.
Capo on 2, please. Simple, simple, simple chords. Just G, D, C over and over,
pretty much.
Sometimes, just to spice it up, you can add first fret (well, third with the
capo on), B string during the G, like on and off or whatever.
[G]Sun through the curtains,
[D]I gave you a sign,
[C]The birds were all quiet,
You were so quiet,
[G]Some hear a call,
[D]Some are the messengers,
[C]I thumb through the pictures,
and know them all.
[G]They said, "Do you remember when y[D]ou saw her last"
[C]I said, "Her skin is cinnamon, her skin is cinnamon."
