A beautiful song off a beautiful, yet woefully underrated album. Surprisingly
simple to play- I am not going to tab out the whole song, but here is the basic
verse riff. I'm sure we can all work out the tiny run between Dm and F in the
chorus (it's on the A string: 5-7-8), and that is about it!
Basic verse pattern (feel free to improvise, add and remove notes etc):
[F] [Dm]
e|--------------------------------||---------------------------| B|-------------------------------o||o-----6-----6-----6----6--o| G|-----10------10-----10-----10---||---------------------------| ETC..... D|---10------10-----10-----10-----||-----7-----7-----7----7----| A|-8--------------8--------------o||o--5-----------5----------o| E|--------8--------------8--------||---------5----------5------|
Chord shapes:
F: 8-8-10-10-10-x
Dm: 5-5-7-7-6-x
C: x-3-5-5-5-x
