If you look to the vid then you see the bassist is playing close to the nut (As I see
So he plays in Standard I think)
But because there`s also a synth part so you have to detune the E to a C and the A to a
If you`re only gonna play the bass part then send me a message. I`ll send you the one in Standard.

Legend:
/ = slide
Intro (the countdown, just did it for fun):

 G |---------------------|
 D |-6--6--6--6--6--6--6-|
 G#|---------------------|
 C |---------------------|

The real song:
Intro, as well as main riff
[C] [C] [Bb] [B] [C] [C] [Bb] [B]

 G |----------------------|
 D |----------------------|
 G#|-4--4--2-3-4--4--2-3--|
 D#|----------------------| Repeated a lot.

In the intro the bass plays the main riff three times.
Then the synth plays:
[C5]

 G |-----(5)--|
 D |------5~~-|
 G#|------4~~-|
 C |----------|

‘Verse’ 1
Bass: main riff
Synth:
G |([C5]5)~~~-|
D |-5~~~~-|
G#|-4~~~~-|

 C |-------|

When he sings ‘A great occassion’ (Or something like it)
The bass plays a riff that returns often:
[C] [C] [Bb] [B] [D#] [C#]

 G |-------------------------|
 D |-------------------------|
 G#|-4--4--2-3/7-7-7-7-5-5-5-|
 C |-------------------------|

So that goes on, the drum changes and the synth plays the chord as in the intro, or as
‘verse’.
( Tab from: http://www.guitartabs.cc/tabs/g/goose/british_mode_btab_ver_2.html )
Then the chorus 1:24
