Alexisonfire- Rough Hands (Acoustic Version)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Tabbed by:Bryn a.k.a Stud Muffin
Email: Bryn_bass@hotmail.co.uk
Tuning: Original is in Eb, Ab, Db, Gb, Bb, Eb, but it sounds fine in E, A, D, G, B, E
This is NOT an official tab, just something i worked out in music class, whilst messing
with a classical piece,
i thought of this song, and thought it would be a great idea to play it acoustic.
perfect for solo playing/maybe singing (though George's parts sang clean obviously, haha)
But it took me ages to tab out, don't be too harsh, ;)
Enjoy!

[C6]Someone tell me, tell me [B6]I survived.

[C6]so don't speak, I am[B6] tired.
[Em]Let's just li[G6]ve through this lie.[C6] [B6]
Pre Chorus (Intro pt 2 played underneath this, as lead)
[Em]She says i swea[G6]r too much,
[C6]she says a lot [B6]of things,
[Em]well I'd swear every other w[G6]ord if I could[C6]
for her I'[B6]ll make an attempt.
[Em]Sometimes love isn't abo[G6]ut how much som[C6]eone suits you[B6]
[Em]but how much you're w[G6]illing to change to suit them.[C6] [B6]
(break between the pre chorus and chorus, just strum B6, then , maybe a percussive
to signal Jordan's intro drum beat to the chorus)
Chorus
[Em]All my bo[G6]nes are dust,[C6]
(Two people too damaged t[B6]oo much too late)
[Em]and my hear[G6]t's sealed with rust.[C6]
(Two people too damaged to[B6]o much too late)
[Em]These hands will always[G6] be rough.
[C6](Two people too damaged[B6] too much too late)
[Em]I know this won[G6]'t count for much.[C6]
(Two people too damaged to[B6]o much too late)
just carry on in the same vein as this, just listen to the song and work out a structure.
any feedback is welcome, enjoy :D
