Chasing the Wild Goose Bad Religion
Capo on 5
You'll need to know:
[G] [-] [C] [-] [Am] [-] [D]
When played on an acoustic, this can become a very mellow tune. You can strum however
you like, but it has an upbeat rhythm naturally.
In the transition from verse to chorus to verse, keep strumming G in time with the song,
but just before the lead into the next part, you'll hit a quick C - D and then back to
G. Each note of the transition, C-D, are only played for one beat. You can do this for
each transition if you like, just to keep the feel of the old style. This is really the
most complicated part, once you figure out how you want to strum it.
Last note: The Am isn't perfect for this song. I don't have enough musical vocabulary to
figure that one out on my own, but it's close enough that you can sing with it. If you
have a correction, let me know and I'll update.
