Now I know this isn't the way they play it on the album(at least I don't
think) but it's actually a really cool way to play it, it add a fullness
to it. I'll be explaining alot of how to play it so please stick with me.
Hope you like it. It's a beautiful worship song. Questions or comments,
please email me.
Intro/Verse: (all picking)
[C#m] [G#] [A2]
e-----0- e---- e-----------0----- B------- B---- B-------------0--- G---6--- G-4-- G-2-------2--2-2-- D--6---- D-4-- D-2------2-2------ A-4----- A---- A-0--------------- E------- E-4-- E-----------------
Where I named the chords above the words, play the suggested tab. A helpful hint
about the timing is that you'll play the last note of the C#m(open e) on either
the first, second or third word, when the progression begins, usually its the
second word on the first verse and on the second verse the third. I hope this helps somehow.
Intro (x4)
Verse 1:
(C#m G# A2) x8
(continue picking two times through then continue with the words)
(C#m G# A2) x8
Chorus:
[(E)] [G#] [A2] [C#m] [G#] [A2]
e----0---- e----- e-----------0---- e----0-- e----- e-----------0---- B--------- B----- B-------------0-- B------- B----- B-------------0-- G---1----- G-4--- G-2-------2--2-2- G---6--- G-4--- G-2-------2--2-2- D--2------ D-4--- D-2------2-2----- D--6---- D-4--- D-2------2-2----- A--------- A----- A-0-------------- A-4----- A----- A-0-------------- E-0------- E-4--- E---------------- E------- E-4--- E----------------
Now for the chorus, follow the same tip I gave you above, only this time with
the E chord and the C#m chord
CHORUS: (still picking)

(picking)C#m G# A2(x2)
