[Am]

 |---PM---| |--PM--| |---------PM----------------|
 e|--------0---0------------0---0------------0---0-----------------------------|
 B|--------1---1------------1---1------------1---1-----------------------------|
 G|--------2---2------------2---2------------2---2-----------------------------|
 D|--------2---2------------2---2------------2---2-------22220000--------------|
 A|-----0--------2223----0----------------0--------2223----------333-----------|
 E|----------0---------0------0---3330--0------0--------------------3---0------|

That's the basic riff for most of the song. When I went to see them live though the
played it like this:
[Am]

 |---PM---| |--PM--| |---------PM----------------|
 e|--------0---0------------0---0------------0---0-----------------------------|
 B|--------1---1------------1---1------------1---1-----------------------------|
 G|--------2---2------------2---2------------2---2-----------------------------|
 D|--------2---2------------2---2------------2---2-----------------------------|
 A|-----0--------2223----0----------------0--------2223--77775555333-----------|
 E|----------0---------0------0---3330--0------0--------------------3---0------|

Obviously it can be played either way, it's down to you as to what you think sounds
easier to play.
In the verse after a while it then goes like this:
"There is a little punk rock mafia
Everywere you go" (00:56)
[Dm] [Am] [Dm] [Am] [Dm]

 e|----1-----1-----0-----0-----1-----1-----0-----0-----1--(let ring)---------|
 B|----3-----3-----1-----1-----3-----3-----1-----1-----3---------------------|
 G|----2-----2-----2-----2-----2-----2-----2-----2-----2---------------------|
 D|-0--0-----0-----2-----2--0--0-----0-----2-----2-----0---------------------|
 A|-------0-----0-----------------0-----0------------------------------------|
 E|-------------------0-----------------------0------------------------------|

The open strings played here basically imitate the bass. The whole song is pretty much
two riffs just alternating between each other, but for the bridge at 02:48
"Of course we immigrants wanna sing all night long"
[Am]

 e|----0--------|
 B|----1--------|
 G|----2--------|
 D|----2--------| x16
 A|----0--------|
 E|-------------|

"So I'm relaxed, I'm just larking around" 02:59 (bass adapted to guitar)
(all palm muted)

 e|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
 B|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
 G|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
 D|--------------------------------------------222--000----------------------|
 A|--0--002223--00000--------00000002223--000------------333-----------------|
 E|--------------------33-0---------------------------------3----------------|

OR
(all palm muted)

 e|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
 B|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
 G|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
 D|--------------------------------------------------------------------------|
 A|--------------------------------------------777--555--333-----------------|
 E|--5--557778--55555--33-0--55555557778--555---------------3----------------|

Again it can be played either way, down to personal preference.
That's it pretty much, any comments or ratings very much appreciated :o)
