SONG: Cumbersome
Well, after listening to Seven-Mary-Three I've pretty much figured out
the basic rythm of the song Cumbersome. It's pretty simple, actually.
It follows a:
[F#]pat[-]te[E]rn[-] w[B]ith moderate muting of the strings
[F#]E [-]- [2]0 [4]2 [4]2 [3]1 [2]0 [2]0
[B] [-] [2] [2] [4] [4] [4] [-]
And after he sings, "Oh no, no no no" I believe it's
B - E. Listen to the song and you will get the basic jist of
it. It sounds like a great song to play unplugged.
Since I don't have the album I can't really write the lyrics out.
Have fun.
I've also attempted to determine the bassline, although I don't have the
music with me RIGHT now...Here goes, sort of a walking bassline.
x = mute

Subject: TAB: Cumbersome by 7 Mary 3
Here is the tab for 7-mary-3 "Cumbersome"!!! I know this is right because I
saw them play it on TV!!! But I could have made an error while I made the
tab. This tab is not in the standard format; I just made a bunch of Figs
and then made a table showing the order to play them and also what
guitars play them and how long they play them. I also dident mess
around with the strums or the dead notes. I just put the cord. Just
thought I would try it. Let me know what you think. Let me know if you
post it somewhere else, so that I can know how much it spreads. And I
just want you to know that I did not copy a single note from anyone, as
I have never seen a tab for this song!!! I learned how to play it from
watching them on tv.
My name and e-mail address are at the bottom of this tab.

Okay I didn't bother with the guitar fluff during the interlude,
so if you want it that bad, figure it out yourself (I may do it
if I get enough requests...)
